In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in this Department's Notification No. F.12(63)FD/Tax/2005-80 dated 11.8.2006 (as amended from time to time); namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification:.

(1) In the LIST appended to the said notification;

(i) the existing Item No. 1 and entries thereto shall be deleted; and

(ii) in Item No. 4, the existing expression "1," appearing in column No. 2 shall be deleted.

(2) In FORM WT-1;

(i) in Note 1, the existing expression "except in case of works contract relating to dyeing, printing, processing and similar activities", shall be deleted; and

(ii) the existing Note 3, shall be deleted.
