Body Notification No. VAT- 1507/CR-9/Taxation-1. Dated 14th March, 2007.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah.IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends, with effect from 1st April, 2007, the Government Notification, Finance Department, No.VAT.1505/CR-376/Taxation-1, dated the 24^th February 2006, as follows, namely :-

In the Schedule to the said notification, under the heading "(II) Other Organisations",-

in entry 1, in column (2), for sub-entry (xxx) the following sub-entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"(xxx) The Federative Republic of Brazil".
