In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79-A of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that in notification S.R.0.91 dated 16th March, 2006 second proviso to para 13 shall be substituted by the following:-

"Provided further that no remission of tax shall be available to industrial units manufacturing goods specified in `Schedule A' to this notification except the industrial units manufacturing goods specified at entry number 22 of the said Schedule to whom remission of tax to the extent of 8.5% shall be available only upto 31st March, 2007".
