In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005), section 14B (Act No. 15 of 1955) of the Himachal Pradesh Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1955 and section 5(1) of the Himachal Pradesh Taxation (On certain Goods Carried by Road) Act, 1999 (Act No. 16 of 1999), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to order the establishment of multipurpose Barriers/Check Posts at the following places, Sirmaur district with immediate effect :-

1. Suketi, Tehsil Nahan, District Sirmaur (H.P.)

2. Mirpur Kotla, Tehsil Nahan, District Sirmaur (H.P.)
