In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in this Department's notification No. F.12(63)FD/Tax/2005-175 dated 31.3.2006 (as amended from time to time), namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification.-

(i) the existing expression "and" appearing after the expression "health food," and before the expression "(3)" shall be deleted;

(ii) after the existing expression "under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Act No.23 of 1940)" the expression "and (4) chemical fertilizers" shall be added.
