G.S.R. (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1996 (33 of 1996), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November, 1996, as the date on which the said section of the said Act shall come into force. (advertising, courier and pager services).
