NOTIFICATION No. (GHN-14) VAT-2006/S.1(3)(1)-TH Dated the 29th March,2006.

GUJARAT VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2003.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Gujarat Value Added Act, 2003 (Guj.1 of 2005), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the 1st April, 2006, as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
