Notification No. S.O.11 Dated 23rd May, 2006

In exercise of the powers Conferred by the clause (a) of sub section (1) of Section 58 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 ( Jharkhand Act 05, 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to make the following amendment in Notification No.S.O.216 dated 31.3.2006

Amendment

1. In serial No.5, in column 4, 1 percent shall be substituted by 0.5 percent.

2. Other conditions and restrictions shall remain the same

This Notification shall be effective from 1st April, 2006.
