In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments to the Table appended to Government of Bihar, Finance (Commercial-Taxes) Department notification no. S.O. 24 dated 24th March, 2005, as amended from time to time -

AMENDMENTS

1. The present entries in column (3) of serial no. 1 of the said Table shall be substituted by "50%"

2. The present entries in column (3) of serial no. 2 of the said Table shall be substituted by "50%"

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
