BIHAR VALUE ADDED TAX Act, 2005 NOTIFICATION

NOTIFICATION No. S.O. 105, (File No. Bikri Kar/Sanshodhan-03/2006)., Dated the 14th August, 2006 -

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 14 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in Schedule I and Schedule III appended to the said Act as follows -

Amendment

1. Entries in serial number 66 of Schedule III Part-I appended to the said Act are deleted and a new serial number 70 is added in Schedule-I appended to the said Act as following:

2. After the words 'de-oiled cake' in serial no. 3 of Schedule-I appended to the said set, the words 'Oil-Cake' is added.

3. In serial no. 12 of Schedule III Part-II, after the words 'other phenomena' the words 'unrecorded and pre-recorded media' are added.

4. This notification shall come into force from date of its issue.
