NOTIFICATION S.O. 49, dated the 4th May, 2006 –

In exercise of powers conferred under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make following amendment in the table appended to Finance (Commercial Taxes) Department notification No. S.O 24 dated 24th March 2005 as amended by Notification NO. S.O 48 dated 11th June 2005.

AMENDMENT

1. In the said Table, for serial number 6 and their corresponding entries in columns 2 and 3, the following entries shall be substituted in the following way, namely –

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from date of issue.
