BIHAR VALUE ADDED TAX Act, 2005 NOTIFICATION

NOTIFICATION No. S.O. 30 dated - 1st April 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments to the Schedule I, Schedule II and Schedule III appended to the said Act follow:-

1. The existing Schedule I appended to the said Act, is substituted with the following Schedule I.

2. After serial number 3 of Schedule II appended to the said Act, the following new serial number 4 and its corresponding entries shall be added, namely: -
