In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in the Table appended to Notification No. S.O. 24 dated 24th March, 2005:-

1. In the said Table, for serial number 5 and 6 and their corresponding entries in columns 2 and 3, the following entries shall be substituted :-
