NOTIFICATION No. S.O. 20, dated 18th March, 2005-

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 205 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Schedule I appended to the said Act, namely.

AMENDMENT

1. In the said Schedule After serial number 28 a new serial number 39 and the corresponding shall be added.

"39. Goods mentioned in sub-section (ii-a) cotton fabrics', (vii) manmade fabrics, (viii) Sugar, (ix) unmanufactured tobacco and tobacco refuse, cigar and cheroots of tobacco, cigarettes and cigarillos of tobacco, other unmanufactured tobacco and (x) woven fabrics of wool of Section 14 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2005.
