Whereas the undersigned desires to conduct an inspection/search/seizure on ............................within your jurisdiction, in exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of the Kerala Value Added Tax Act ,2003 and I apprehend obstruction from the side of trade community / owner of the house/vehicle/anti social elements. So in exercise of the powers vested on me under section 49A of the Kerala Value Added Tax Act ,2003 I hereby require to provide adequate police assistance on.............. at ...................hours for the smooth discharge of the official duty.
