Every dealer opting to pay tax in accordance with the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (1A) of section 6 shall file application in Form 1F before the assessing authority. The option shall be deemed to have been accepted by the assessing authority as and when the assessing authority acknowledges the receipt of such application.
