152. Tenure of the members of the Appellate and Revisional Board.

A member of the Appellate and Revisional Board shall hold his office for a term not exceeding a period of three years from the date on which such member assumes his office.

Provided that the State Government may, on the expiry of a term of appointment of a member in the Appellate and Revisional Board renew from time to time his appointment by an order, for a further term not exceeding three years on such terms and conditions as it way consider expedient.
