In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires---

(37). "Taxable Sale" means a sale of goods taxable under this Act and under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956) and shall include sale of any goods exported outside the territory of India or sold in the course of export.
