4. Submission of report regarding registration certificate

By the last day of May and November every year the Assistant Sales Tax Officer or the Sales Tax Officer shall report to the Commissioner the names of the dealers who have been registered or whose certificates of registration have been cancelled or modified since the submission of the last report.
