2. Definitions

In these Rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-

(e) "Commissioner" means Commissioner of Sales Tax appointed under the Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004, and includes any officer to whom the Commissioner may delegate his powers and duties;
