05. You are, therefore called upon to show cause within fourteen days of the receipt of this notice as to why penalty as per the provisions of sub-rule (1)/(2) of rule 8 A of the Central Sales Tax (Orissa) Rules, 1957 shall not be levied on the amount of tax and interest withheld by you.
