ln exercise of the power conferred by section 22D of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this Department notification No. 2984-F.T. dated the 1st day of September, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :-

In the said notification. in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 2 in column (1), for the words "Seventeen decimal five zero", substitute the word "Twenty".

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 10th day of August, 2006.
