Notification No.3278 F.T. Dated : 8th October, 2004.

In this department notification No.2938-F.T., the 26th August, 2004, published in Part I of the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 26th August, 2004, in clause (11),-

(1) at page 2, in the entries in column (2) against serial No. 262 in column (1),-

(a) in the first line, for the words "Electrical goods", read the words "Electrical goods", and

(b) in the tenth line, for the words "fittings battens,", read the words "fittings, battens,";

(2) at page 3, in the entries in column (2) against serial No.266 in Column (1),-

(a) in item (xvi), for the words "carpenters equipments", read the words "carpenters' equipments", and

(b) in item (xl), for the word "chaula", read the word "chula".

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of September, 2004.
