Notification No. 3277 F.T. Dated : 8th October, 2004.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 104 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No.2940-F.T., dated the 26th August, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :-

Amendment

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for clause (e), substitute the following clause :-

(e) the remaining provisions, except clause (5) and clause (7), shall come into force from the 1st day of September, 2004.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of September, 2004.
