Notification No.3275 F.T. Dated : 8th October, 2004.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 22D of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No. 2984-F.T., dated the 1st September, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :-

In the said notification, in the entry in column (3) against item (iv) in column (2) against serial No.1 in column (1), for the words "Seven decimal two zero", substitute the words "Six decimal seven two".

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of September, 2004.
