Notification No.3273 F.T. Dated : 8th October, 2004.

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the amended (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :-

Amendments

In the said notification, in the Table, in Part A,-

(1) in the entry in column (3) against serial No.61 in column (1), for the word "Seven", substituted the word "Four";

(2) in the entry in column (2) against serial No. 127 in column (1), after the words "and atta", insert the words "and rava".

2. In this notification -

(a) clause (1) shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of September, 2004;

(b) clause (2) shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 1998.
