Notification No. 2985-F.T., Dated : 1st September, 2004.

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No. 1109-F.T., dated 20th April, 1995, as subsequently amend (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

Amendment

In the said notification, in the Table, in Part A,-

(1) in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 262 in column (1), for the word "Twelve", substitute the word "Eight";

(2) in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 264 in column (1), for the word "Eight", substitute the word "Four";

(3) in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 265 in column (1), for the word "Four", substitute the word "Twelve";

(4) in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 266 in column (1), for the word "Twelve", substitute the word "Eight";

(1) in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 267 in column (1), for the word "Eight", substitute the word "Four";

2. This notification shall come into force with effect the 1st day of September, 2004.
