Notification No. 3463-F.T., dated 11th Decemnber, 2002.

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Government is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No. 1109-F.T., dated the 20th April, 1995, as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

Amendment

In the said notification, in the TABLE in Part B, in the entry in column (3) against item (ii) in column (2) of serial No. 2 in column (I), for the words "Seven decimal five zero", substitute the word "Twenty".

2. This notification shall come into force on the 16th day of December, 2002.
