Notification No. 2305 F.T., dated 29th July, 2002

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No. 1109-F.T., dated the 20th April, 1995, as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

In the said notification, in the Table, in Part A, after serial No. 140 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and in column (3), insert the following serial No. column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and in column (3):-

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 2002.
