2. Definitions

(1) In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-

(m) "Assistant Commercial Tax Officer" means the person appointed by the designation of Assistant Commercial Tax Officer by the State Government under sub-section (1) of section 3 to assist the Commissioner;
