2. Definitions

(1) In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-

(h) "Calcutta" has the same meaning as in clause (9) of section 2 of the Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 (West Ben. Act LIX of 1980);
