Notification S.R.O.No. 245/64, dated 13th August, 1964 :- Under Sub-section (2) of Section 30 of the Kerala General Tax Act 1963( Act 15 of 1963), the Government of Kerala hereby authorize of all the officers of the Sales Tax Department of and above the rank of an Assistant Sales Tax Officer to exercise the powers specified in Clause (a) and (b) of the said Sub-section within their respect jurisdiction in which the respective places notified under Sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the said Act are situate. This notification shall come into force on and with effect from 1-3-1966.
