In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. 04/2024- State Tax, No. F 10-05/2024/CT/V(18), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 30th January, 2024 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 36, dated the 06th February, 2024, namely:-

In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters "1st day of April, 2024", the words and letters "15th day of May, 2024" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st day of April, 2024.
