In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 and 5 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby direct that for the word "Ordinance" appearing in item No.1 of Schedule C appended to notification SRO 86 dated.30th March, 2005 the word "Act" shall be substituted.
