In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with sub-rule (2) rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supersession of Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department Notification No. 81/ST-2, dated the 6th September, 2017, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor of Haryana, hereby constitutes the State Level Screening Committee for Anti-Profiteering Authority consisting of the following officers, namely:-

1. Additional Commissioner (Technical), CGST Commissionerate, Panchkula.

2. Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner (GST), Haryana.
