Body NOTIFICATION G.O.Ms.No.63, Revenue (Commiercial Taxes), Dated 19th February, 2024.

Government, in partial modifications of the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.504, Revenue (CT-I) Dept., Dt.01.07.2022, hereby revise the jurisdiction of the (2) Appellate Authorities as shown in the below table until such time a full-fledged Appellate Office is established at Visakhapatnam.

Appellate Authority at Tirupati

Appellate Authority at Vijayawada

Anantapur, Kurnool,

Kadapa, Chittoor and

Nellore Commercial Taxes Divisions

Guntur-I, Guntur-II, Vijayawada- 1, Vijayawada-2, Vijayawada-3, Eluru, Rajamahendravaram, Kakinada, Visakhapatnam-1, Visakhapatnam-2 and Vizianagaram Commercial Taxes Divisions.

This notification shall come into force with effect from 01.03.2024.

This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.II) Department vide their U.O.No. 1689713/HR.II/FIN01- HR0PDPP(RRD)/53/2022, Dt.30.01.2024.
