2. Definitions-

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires-

(I) "Treasury" means a treasury or sub-treasury of the Government or any branch of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. or any scheduled/nationalized bank as may be notified by the Government from time to time;
