In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Notification no.-l 141/XI-2-23-9(47)/17-T.C.230-U.P. Act-1-20 17-Order-(289)-2023 dated 21 September, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of January, 2024.
