In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule 8 of rule 5 of The Chhattisgarh Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest and Penalty Rules, 2023, State Government hereby appoints the time period for submission of application from the date of enforcement of the said rule till 31 January 2024.
