In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in Notification no.-1141/XI-2-23-9(47)/17-T.C.230-U.P. Act-l-2017-Order-(289)-2023 dated 21st September, 2023, namely:-

In the afore said notification, after the words "hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed", the words and figures "with effect from the 1st day of January 2024" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 31st day of July 2023.
