In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (U.P. Ordinance no. 16 of 2023), the Governor, is pleased to appoint the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into force.
