Body NOTIFICATION No. 1139/XI-2-23-9(47)/17-T.C.228-U.P. Act-1 -2017-Order-(288)-2023, Dated 21st September , 2023

In exercise of the powers under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) ACT, 2023 (U.P. Act No. 14 of 2023), the Governor hereby appoints,-

(a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 23 (except sections 14 to 18) of the aforesaid Act shall come into force;

(b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 18 of the aforesaid Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
