In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification no.-513/Xl-2-23-9(47)/! 7-T.C.213-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(271)-2023 dated 24th April, 2023, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the aforesaid notification, in the proviso, for the words, letters and figures "30th day of June, 2023" the words, letters and figures "31st day of August, 2023" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of June, 2023.
