In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Dispute) Act, 1999 (West Ben. Act IV of 1999), as subsequently amended, (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Governor is pleased hereby to further extend the last date of filling application for settlement under section 5 of the said Act till the 31st August, 2023.

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
