Body NOTIFICATION No. 694/XI-2-23-9(47)/17-T.C.217-U.P. Act-1 -2017-Order-(276)-2023, Dated 13th June, 2023.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification no.-428/XI-2-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-l-2017-Order-(106)-2020 dated 30th April, 2020 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the aforesaid notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of August, 2023, for the words "ten crore rupees", the words "five crore rupees" shall be substituted.
