In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 17/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2020, namely:-

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 17/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2020, in the first paragraph, for the words "ten crore rupees", the words "five crore rupees" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of August, 2023.
