Body ORDER No. 2/2023-GST, No. CT/GST-12/2017/140, Dated 10th January, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXVIII of 2017), the Principal Commissioner of State tax, Assam hereby orders that the officers mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below shall exercise the powers conferred upon them in their territorial jurisdiction specified in column (4) of the Table given below:-
