In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), read with Rule 109A of the rules made thereunder and in supersession of Notification No. CCT/26--2/2018-19/57/469 dated 17th June, 2020, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 12 dated 18th June, 2020, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Commissioner of State Tax hereby re-constitutes the Appellate Authority consisting of the following officers, namely:-

(a) Additional Commissioner of State Tax-I, Goa State, having jurisdiction over North Goa District.

(b) Additional Commissioner of State Tax-II, Goa State, having jurisdiction over South Goa District.

(c) Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (Legal), having jurisdiction over entire Goa State.

This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
