In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of The Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 (U.P. Act No. 11 of 2022), the Governor, hereby appoints the 5th day of July, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of clause (c) of section 12 and section 13 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
