In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022 (No.3 of 2022), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 5th day of July, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of section 13 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
